Job Purpose
The Marketing Supervisor leads and coordinates marketing initiatives to increase showroom visitors, brand awareness, and project sales for Sambath Home Kitchen & Furniture. This role ensures consistent brand presentation across all marketing channels and manages campaigns that drive qualified leads and long-term customer relationships.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company sales targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities and customer trends.
• Propose promotional campaigns and partnership ideas to increase showroom traffic and online engagement.
2. Campaign Management
• Plan and oversee ATL & BTL campaigns (Facebook ads, influencer collaborations, showroom events, etc.).
• Supervise content calendar for social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and media team to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI and engagement.
3. Showroom Traffic & Lead Generation
• Work with the Sales Team to generate qualified leads through both digital and offline marketing activities.
• Track marketing-generated visitors, leads, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate, interior design, and lifestyle communities.
4. Branding & Creative Direction
• Maintain brand image, visual identity, and storytelling across all materials.
• Supervise photography, video content, and showroom displays for marketing purposes.
• Ensure marketing messages align with company values, design aesthetics, and customer lifestyle.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
• Track daily marketing data: leads, walk-ins, campaigns, engagement rate, and inquiries.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Use data insights to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
6. Team Coordination
• Supervise Marketing Staff, Designer, and Media team for task execution.
• Assign and follow up on team tasks with clear KPIs and deadlines.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance and brainstorm ideas.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
* Working hour 8am to 5:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday 8am to 12pm
