• Develop and manage distributor networks to improve market coverage and sales performance
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate distributor partners based on clear KPIs.
• Design and deliver product knowledge, sales, and system training for distributors and Depo sales teams.
• Manage discipline, attendance, and performance systems for sales teams.
• Support distributors with sales strategies, stock management, and promotional execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors to drive sustainable growth.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, sales, or training (Cosmetics or FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing DMS/CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Analytical, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing and available to travel nationwide (all 24 provinces).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and own car.
