Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, produce, and publish original content (video, photo, graphics, text) across multiple digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, etc.)
• Collaborate with design and video production teams to align content with brand objectives and campaigns
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, blogs, emails, and digital ads
• Plan and execute content calendars with strategic messaging and timing
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize based on insights
• Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools
• Manage content libraries, assets, and documentation for reusability and brand consistency
• Work with influencer collaborations, and campaign shoots as needed
Job Requirements
• Strong portfolio of past work (social content, videos, KOL/influencers, etc.)
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, preferably in Khmer language
• Knowledge of social media digital marketing content planning
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement
• Have strong experience with influencer marketing is a bonus
