Job Summary

The overall role of Supervisor, Brand Event and Activation is to oversee and manage all brand activations and consumer engagement activities at the Point of Sale (POS). Responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring flawless execution of POS activations to strengthen visibility, drive sales, and increase consumer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage POS activations (sampling, mini-events, promotions) in all channels.
2. Supervise Activation Officers to ensure proper setup and smooth on-ground execution.
3. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align activations with brand campaigns.
4. Manage POSM usage at POS activations (parasols, stands, displays, premiums, uniforms, etc.).
5. Ensure brand guidelines and execution standards are followed at POS.
6. Monitor consumer engagement, sample distribution, and outlet feedback during activations.
7. Collect reports, photos, and results from Officers, compile into performance evaluations.

Success Factor
• Activations executed on time, with full compliance to brand guidelines.
• Strong consumer engagement at POS (sampling reach, interaction).
• Proper usage and accountability of POSM during activities.
• Timely, accurate reporting on activation performance.

Job Requirements

1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Experiences:
o 3+ years in trade marketing, POS activation, or field execution.

3. Skills and knowledge:
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Good in English, both oral and written
o PC literate – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power point
