– Perform daily outlet visits in allocated areas
– Conduct and execute sales and marketing activities to meet company objective
– Ensuring product representation is visible and well stocked in outlets at all times
– Work closely with distributor team to achieve sales target set
– Collect market intelligence on the needs of customers
– Keep supervisor informed of sales activities and channel performance by submitting
– timely and accurate activity reports
– Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with distributors and all outlets in assigned territory
– Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company
Job Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of outdoor sales experience preferably from FMCG/Beverage/Brewery
- Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skill, able to handle difficult business situations and able to persuade and negotiate well
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results
- Required to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Honest and with integrity
- Good command of English, written and spoken; arithmetic skill required and computer literate
- Require the possession of a valid state driving license and be able to drive a vehicle with willingness to work a flexible schedule with night market visits
