1. Provide Product Training materials to the participants as required
2. Ensure all facilities, trainers, and materials are aligned for seamless program delivery.
3. Ensure that the Training facility are utilized and well equipped for both classroom and VCT Training – Facility, Venue, Wi-Fi, projector, catering as required
4. Support to ensure all the Showroom & Delivery Center apply the FGE process and comply with FGE Standards.
5. Handle the training attendance prior and during the training.
6. Managed physical and digital filing systems by scanning, categorizing, and archiving sensitive documents to ensure easy retrieval for the team.
7. Produce training handouts and supplemental materials to support diverse learning styles and ensure knowledge retention
8. Collect and analyze survey results from participants to see how effective a training session was.
9. Checking the 5S standards in FGE showrooms to implement within high standard on weekly basis.

Job Requirements

- Study major English for Business or Business admin
- Non Experience / Fresh Graduate students are welcome to apply for
- Willing to learn HR and Recruitment tasks and others
- Able to use English for daily work
