– Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with Special Products business objectives.
– Build clear product positioning and value propositions for different customer segments (construction, industrial, logistics, hospitality, government, NGOs).
– Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
– Develop marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, product datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
– Support new product launches and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.
– Work closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing activities generate qualified leads.
– Organize and support trade shows, roadshows, demos, and customer events.
– Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
– Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
– Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, construction, or technical products.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, product marketing, and brand communication.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-focused messaging.
