1. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential Suppliers for required products and services.
• Conduct basic market research to compare pricing, quality, and Supplier capabilities.
• Conduct market analysis of other opportunities.
• Support Supplier qualification and registration processes.
• Maintain updated records of approved and potential Suppliers.

2. Contract Preparation & Negotiation Support
• Prepare draft trade-related contracts.
• Support negotiations with suppliers by collecting data, preparing comparisons, and aligning with internal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm contract terms, delivery schedules, and specifications.
• Explain contract terms and conditions to relevant members when needed.
• Budget alignment & cost control.

3. Contract Review & Compliance
• Review and help revise existing contracts based on company guidelines.
• Ensure all supplier contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Track contract obligations, including payments, and renewal dates.
• Maintain an organized system for digital and physical contract documents.

4. Risk & Supplier Performance Monitoring
• Identify basic risks in supplier arrangements and escalate them to the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and service issues.
• Report supplier performance concerns and support resolution actions.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and coordinate with the Assistant Manager and External Legal team when needed.

5. Continuous Improvement & Support
• Help develop standard templates and wording for contracts.
• Recommend practical improvements to procurement workflows.
• Support cross-department communication regarding Procurement processes and contract compliance.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, English or related field.
• Experience in Procurement or contract administration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement or related fields.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and contract terms.
• Strong ability to organize documents and manage deadlines.
