– Handle both major and minor procurement including digital marketing projects, marketing tools such as collar tshirt, calendar, annual report, staff logistic tools, promotion brochure/leaflet and other Printing materials such as printing form, POSM (collateral, premium gift and marketing branding) and others;
– Do market researches (in the market or other available sources) to understand the update/change of specifications, models, prices…etc. and identify the indicator/opportunity in order to prepare strategies and negotiation tatics to get lower prices/costs and optimal terms;
– Prepare quarter price trend/spend analysis to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of spending, productivity, and keep on track of market price fluctuation;
– Carry-out the procurement activities and proceses via create digital Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Agreement, and Receipt;
– Work with Marketing, HRD department, the support team, and other related departments to prepare proper Procurement plans and set effective timeline/SLA to delvier; make sure we supply/procure on-time with the efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of - - Finance and Banking, or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years in procurement;
- ERP system or other Procurement system usage;
- Very good English and communication skills;
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email).
