• Lead the overall planning, design coordination, and implementation of MEP systems.
• Manage and oversee the execution, completion, and handover of multiple MEP projects.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to project teams, ensuring progress is on track and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage all project interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular project and team reviews to evaluate performance, productivity, and resource usage.
• Review and optimize MEP designs to ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and local regulations.
• Provide value engineering (VE) solutions to enhance design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead the preparation and approval process of MEP design and site-related documents.
• Follow up on timely approval of materials and subcontractors in coordination with consultants and main contractors.
• Summarize and maintain records of design briefs, approved designs, and construction documentation.
• Lead the development of temporary works design and ensure its integration with the overall project.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across MEP and related departments.
• Collaborate closely with architectural and structural teams to resolve coordination issues and deliver optimized solutions.
• Manage the MEP design schedule to align with the overall master project schedule.
• Propose and implement technical solutions to maintain design quality, performance, and budget compliance.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
