Reporting Line: VP – Operations

* Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure adherence to local regulatory and Company Rule, Policy, Standards and Procedures across all operational areas.
– Manage operational excellence, innovation and lean projects at all sites by coordinating with site owners to oversee project management and technical compliance; monitor
and control costs (commitment and liquidation) and progress.
– Monitor and analyze OPEX for all sites and transport costs.
– Serve as a central point for managing and consolidating action plans, follow-up, and implementation to maintain Technical Standards, Technical Integrity, and other audits
for each Depot, Transport, and Warehouse.
– Control and monitor statutory approvals, licenses, certificates, and similar documents with the relevant authorities or ministries, ensuring proper record-keeping and timely renewals.
– Being the focus of coordination and communication with external stakeholders and relevant ministries.
– Regularly review and assess gaps between existing facilities, standards, rules, guidelines, and procedures and updated requirements.
– Collaborate monthly with all departmental areas to collect and centralize reports on Operation KPIs, Optimization Projects, and other tools; analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative ideas to streamline operational activities.
– Conduct localized audits and monitor compliance at all sites within Operations Department.
