Reporting Line: VP -Operations
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with local regulatory and Company Rules, Policies, Standards
– Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless depot and warehouse operations.
– Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize depot and warehouse efficiency.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
– Manage budget allocations and financial reporting of all sites.
– Support audits and assessment (ATI, One Maestro, Maestro LOG, TRA) preparation and actions.
– Manage project and maintenance to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent level
- Technical skills required for the position : Project management, Change management, Maintenance, CSA and MEP System technical.
- Behavioral competencies required for the position : Team spirit, Problem solving, Communication & Coordination skill, Interpersonal skill, Growth mind-set, Big picture
perspective - Seft-driven.
- Certification required for the position : Engineering Specific knowledge required for the position : HSE aspect, Civil work, Electrical System, Mechanical & Fire Fighting System, Plumbing System, Petroleum
- Language skills required for the position : Proficiency in Khmer and English.
- Level of experience required for the position : Minimum 5 years experiences in project management
