1. Record and update inventory in/out logs for centralized Admin.
2. Support site-level office administration, including filing, permits, correspondence, and document control.
3. Coordinate with Centralized Admin Executive on stationery requests, asset checks, and SIM card distribution.
4. Prepare and submit daily/weekly site admin reports (attendance, material usage, admin issues).
5. Support construction, sales, and property teams with meeting arrangements and document transferring.
6. Ensure sales gallery, model house and site office facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for client/resident visits.
7. Monitor compliance with company admin and HR procedures at the site level.
8. Act as the communication bridge between site team and Head of HR & Admin for escalated needs.
9. Any duties have been assigned by Head of HR and Admin.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in site administration, construction admin, or office support.
• Strong record-keeping, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for inventory and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude.
