1. Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Coordinate manpower requests with department heads to ensure timely and effective staffing.
3. Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports for management review.
4. Develop and implement learning and development (L&D) plans aligned with company goals, MLS.
5. Coordinate internal and external training programs, including logistics and evaluation.
6. Support the performance management cycle by tracking employee appraisals and development needs.
7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and Cambodian labor laws throughout recruitment and training processes.
8. Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate HR records related to recruitment and training activities.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Team Leader and Head of HR & Admin.
11. Any duties have been assigned by HR Team Leader / Superior.

Job Requirements
• 2–4 years in HR, with focus on recruitment and training, preferably in real estate, construction, or corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and L&D coordination.
• Excellent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
