– Implement sales plans and targets set by Sales Manager
– Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
– Monitor sales performance by route, outlet, and salesperson
– Take corrective actions to improve sales results
– Conduct daily briefing and regular coaching sessions
– Join sales team in the field for coaching and market execution
– Coordinate with distributors / wholesalers in assigned area
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales
- At least 1–2 years' experience as Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Rep
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in the field
- Good knowledge of local FMCG trade channels
* Working Hours
- Monday ~Friday: 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm
- Saturday : 8:00 Am to 12:00 Pm
- Holiday: Base on Holiday calendar.
