– Develop and implement sales strategies for liquor products
– Manage key accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, retailers, distributors)
– Lead, train, and motivate the liquor sales team
– Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution coverage
– Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and listing agreements
– Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market share
– Coordinate with marketing on brand activations, promotions, and events
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
– Ensure compliance with local liquor regulations and company standards
– Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At lest 7 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in liquor, beverage, or FMCG
- Proven experience in sales management or key account management
- Strong knowledge of liquor categories (spirits, wine, beer)
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Foreign language skills (English / Korean) are an advantage

* Working Day/Time
- Monday - Saturday (0.5day)
- Working Time: 8:00am to 12:00Pm, 01:00Pm to 05:00pm
