Production Line Leader

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers.
• Ensure daily production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to optimize productivity.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or delays to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production tracking systems.
• Good communication skills in Khmer; English proficiency is an advantage.
