Senior Officer, Warehouse

Job Summary
The overall role of Officer, Warehouse is to manage and control warehouse operation to effectively arrange, receive and transfer finished goods following FIFO and LIFO principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organize storage and warehouse space to ensure accurate stock movement to prevent from stock losses or damages
2. Check and verify goods received from suppliers to ensure that goods received are correct with good condition following FIFO/LIFO principles
3. Record all stock in/out in system and provide warehouse reports in an accurate and timely manner to ensure the stock is well monitor.
4. Assist warehouse supervisor to ensure that all warehouse staff and casual staff work in safe mode
5. Assist warehouse supervisor to control all warehouse equipment for daily warehouse operation by implement GMP, Housekeeping 5S and FIFO/LIFO
6. Service materials as requested
7. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock count and reconcile stocks and report to warehouse supervisor
8. Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
2. Experiences:
o 1-year experience in Warehouse or Inventory Control
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Email Outlook and SAP or ERP System)
o Be able to use good English and Khmer
