1. Managing Reports:
• Collect, review, and organize reports from various departments for the President.
• Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
• Summarize key findings and highlight important issues for the President’s review.
• Track progress of operational and strategic plans through regular reporting.
• Maintain a reporting system that supports decision-making and follow-up actions.

2. Finance & Reporting Support:
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and presenting financial reports for the President’s review.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely submission of accurate finance reports.
• Prepare summary reports, charts, and briefing notes to support financial decision-making.

3. Communication & Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between the President’s office and internal departments, staff, parents, and external partners.
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to inquiries and requests addressed to the President.
• Draft professional communications and assist in speech/meeting preparation.

4. Project & Operational Assistance:
• Monitor and track the implementation of operational plans across departments and campuses.
• Compile and prepare progress reports for the President’s review.
• Follow up with responsible units to ensure timely completion of tasks and objectives
• Assist the President in monitoring business operations and administrative efficiency.
• Coordinate data and reports related to student enrollment, program growth, and business performance.
• Support implementation of new initiatives, partnerships, and projects to enhance the school’s business activities.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for the President’s office.
• Prepare summary reports and briefing materials for meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of important records.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MBA, Education Management, or Public Administration) preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting executives.
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work on tight schedules and deliver within the required time.
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
• Able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools, AI platforms, and educational technologies.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility in working hours as required by projects or business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate the President’s needs.
