• Oversees the academic vision, policies, and strategic direction of the institution.
• Develops long-term academic goals in alignment with the institution’s mission.
• Ensures compliance with national and international education standards.
• Manages the development, evaluation, and revision of academic programs.
• Ensures curriculum meets accreditation requirements and aligns with industry needs.
• Supports research-based, innovative teaching methods.
• Oversees the implementation of digital learning and educational technology.
• Supervises the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty members.
• Develops faculty development programs, training, and mentorship.
• Establishes teaching performance standards and assessment policies.
• Encourages faculty research, publishing, and grant applications.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation agencies and educational regulations.
• Oversees the academic calendar, grading system, and assessment frameworks.
• Leads quality assurance and institutional reviews.
• Implements programs to improve student retention, graduation rates, and academic performance.
• Oversees advising, tutoring, and learning support services.
• Ensures students receive academic counseling and career guidance.
• Supports faculty and student research initiatives.
• Manages university partnerships for research funding and collaboration.
• Oversees intellectual property policies and innovation programs.
• Works with government agencies, accreditation bodies, and other educational institutions.
• Develops international academic partnerships and exchange programs.
• Represents the institution in academic conferences and industry collaborations.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Management experiences in education and related fields.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in education management, higher education administration, or a language training institution.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company and corporate goals.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring financial sustainability.
• Deep understanding of curriculum development, faculty governance, and educational quality standards.
• Knowledge of education laws, accreditation standards, and compliance policies at relevance ministries.
• Understanding of modern teaching methodologies, EdTech solutions, and digital transformation in education.
• Ability to build strong relationships with government, universities, industry leaders, and international partners.
• Ability to handle complex challenges, drive company reforms, and lead change management efforts.
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and globally connected educational environment.
