1.Partnership & Collaboration: Identify, approach, and negotiate with PR outlets, paid promote accounts, and KOLs for collaboration (paid or unpaid) opportunities;Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
2.Content Strategy & Direction: Develop content guidelines and creative directions for KOLs and media partners to ensure brand alignment and maximize engagement; Review KOL content drafts and provide constructive feedback to optimize storytelling and brand positioning; Ensure content strategy is integrated across all paid and organic partner activations.
3.Budget & Negotiation: Negotiate collaboration fees and manage allocated budgets effectively; Track costs vs. performance to ensure optimal ROI.
4.Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across PR, paid accounts, and KOL content; Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies for future collaborations; Maintain tracking and reporting using Excel or dashboards.
5.Event & On-Site Support: Occasionally travel to meet with partners, attend shoots, or support offline events involving KOLs or media.
Job Requirements
1.Strong existing network or experience working with PR outlets, KOLs, and paid promote accounts.
2.Ability to create strategic content direction and optimize content for engagement and brand goals.
3.Excellent negotiation skills and budget management experience.
4.Proficiency in campaign performance tracking and analysis (Excel required).
5.Strong communication skills for both internal alignment and external collaboration.
6.Comfortable with occasional business travel.
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media strategy for F&B or consumer brands.
· Understanding of local digital media ecosystems and influencer trends.
