-Supervise all phases of store construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with company specifications and quality standards
-Conduct pre-construction briefings and final handovers
-Report regularly on-site progress and issues
-Provide basic equipment training to store operators
-Monitor project safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards
-Identify and coordinate with local contractors and suppliers, supporting vendor evaluation and onboarding
-Control project cost by optimizing local materials and labor pricing; maintain cost databases
-Ensure material specifications align with design requirements and update materials database accordingly
Job Requirements
-Diploma or equivalent in Construction, MEP, Interior Design, or related field
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, preferably in retail or renovation projects
-Basic knowledge of construction processes such as electrical, plumbing, and ventilation work
-Able to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and manage basic project budgeting
-Familiar with standard retail fit-out procedures (e.g., layout planning, equipment installation)
-On-the-job learning mindset; certification in construction or safety is an advantage but not mandatory
