Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

– Lead financial projection, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with clear communication and rationale;
– Oversee and enhance financial planning and analysis tools and procedures for accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency;
– Analyze scenarios and assess financial impacts to support strategic decisions;
– Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans and ensure timely input collection;
– Consolidate projections, highlight risks/opportunities, and recommend optimizations of financial outcomes;
– Deliver insightful financial analysis, industry research, and trend forecasting;
– Monitor budget/forecast variances and provide actionable commentary;
– Prepare and present various financial analyses;
– Support departmental KPIs and mentor junior team members;
– Promote continuous improvement and assist HOD with ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience in banking or related industries; experience in multinational corporations is a plus;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills;
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices;
- Proven success in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives;
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros), Oracle, SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools;
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
- Skilled in interpreting complex data and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
