_Assist in organizing and maintaining document & files related to collateral management such as Prakas + Guideline etc;
_Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible;
_Input collateral-related data into the system;
_Track announcement related to Land Registration on official government page and Conduct surveys on property selling prices in targeted areas (Website / Telegram Group / etc.) and record property location and information on Google Earth;
_Provide assistant during training sessions or team meetings;
_Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager and/or Head of Department.
Job Requirements
_Currently enrolled / pursuing / recently completed in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field;
_Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required;
_Interest in real estate markets, credit and collateral management, or data handling is a plus but not mandatory;
_Basic organizational skills and attention to detail;
_Good written and verbal communication in Khmer;
_No prior work experience is required;
_Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
