We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic RED Process and Analytics who is responsible for leading the RED Evaluation framework to ensure outstanding in-outlet execution across all channels. This role plays a key part in monitoring implementation, analyzing assessment results, and transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive commercial performance. The executive collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to align execution with business objectives, while also driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with execution standards. By integrating advanced analytics and digital tools, this role enhances data accuracy, streamlines operations, and enables agile, insight-based decision-making. This position is critical to strengthening execution excellence, supporting strategic agility, and maintaining the company’s competitive advantage in a dynamic market landscape.

Job Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily management of the RED tracking process to ensure adherence to company standards and internal policies.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze RED assessment data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance in-market execution and overall performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, including benchmarking and performance trends.
• Recommend corrective actions and strategic adjustments based on assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to integrate RED findings into business strategies.
• Design and deliver training materials related to RED assessment processes.
• Educate teams on compliance importance and execution best practices.
• Evaluate and implement technologies (e.g., mobile apps, data visualization tools) to improve the assessment process.
• Identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all assessment activities meet high standards of quality and reliability.
• Resolve issues related to data quality or non-compliance promptly.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep RED assessments competitive and relevant.
• Lead innovation projects that align the process with evolving market conditions.
• Champion a data-informed culture across teams by providing actionable insights.
• Lead RED-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Job Requirements

The Successful Applicant:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial execution, sales operations, analytics, or relevant.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP platforms, and SAP or similar data visualization platforms
• Experience with mobile assessment platforms and performance tracking systems.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, operations).
• Up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in execution evaluation.
