➢ Processing interview with the computer test, English test & oral interview.
➢ Add new employee information to HR files to get number for set up fingerprint by department and workplace
➢ Onboarding Process and Orientation for new employees, announcement and prepare on the job training (OJT)
➢ Comment and required of fully documents from the hiring before join and following with the checklist
➢ Make sure all employees have the guarantee letter and correctly contact before assigning related to company assets
➢ Meeting with employee who requested for resignation, keep and updated the reason of resign file
➢ Check fingerprint, inform for missing, upload attendance information to HR Files and daily attendance report
➢ Upload overtime information and leave remark to HR Files (share drive)
➢ Process monthly NSSF, close monthly attendance, OT report, monthly salary and incentives with timely
➢ Upload employees attendance Yearly by department for CEO reviewing
➢ Lead the probation evaluation, Quarter of team Sales and yearly end evaluation for all employees
➢ Update employee profile, organization chart, employee list, employees classified and employee list-retired.
➢ Reinforce the company Leave policy and prepare Employment Contract & Company policy
➢ Employees ID Card (Logistics & Sales Department) and control all form that using in company
➢ Issue internal MEMO, announcements in company, and certificate like employees certificate and recommendation
➢ Update the employees change position, working location, terminate or other depend on Real situation
➢ Perform other tasks as assigned by managements.
Job Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related fields.
➢ Have 3years experience in HR/Admin and at least 1year experience with recruitment or training.
➢ Ability to develop policy, procedure, and have idea in objective setting for KPI.
➢ Experience in conducting training and development or management.
➢ Good English communication skills (Korean speaking preferred).
➢ Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills.
➢ Good knowledge of computer applications Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook, MS. Team and Email.
➢ Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill.

- Working hours: 7:50AM – 5:00PM
