Sales Supervisor (General Trad) Salary 500 USD

– Implement sales plans and targets for General Trade channels
– Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
– Track sales performance by route, outlet, and salesperson
– Take corrective actions to close gaps vs target
– Supervise Sales Executives / Sales Representatives (GT)
– Conduct daily morning briefings and field coaching
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in FMCG General Trade sales
- 1–2 years' experience as Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Executive (GT)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong field execution and problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of Cambodia General Trade channels
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools)
** Working Day/Time
- Monday - Saturday (0.5day)
- Working Time: 8:00am to 12:00Pm, 01:00Pm to 05:00pm
