-Assist faculty and academic staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
-Manage and maintain academic calendars, schedules, and appointments.
-Prepare and distribute academic materials, such as syllabi, handouts, and lecture notes.
-Coordinate academic events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
-Assist in organizing and managing academic programs, workshops, and seminars.
-Support the coordination of student registration, course scheduling, and classroom assignments.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field preferred.
-Proven experience in an administrative or academic support role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
