-Support break-time monitors through monitoring, advice and follow up.
-Initiate and lead the investigation in any behavioral management case (incl. access to CCTV footage).
-Ensure parents, students and guests to the campus abide by School rules and policies.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Site and Facilities Manager
-Support Lunch delivery supervision.
-Parental supervision during school times.
-Student supervision during break times.
-Supervise Early drop off, late pick up for FTK and FTI students
Keep on the lookout for any unsafe action and breaks in regulation
-Check any unclean place or broken item and inform to maintenance and cleaner team
-Communicate information with Site and Facilities Manager or Branch Principal regarding identified hazards, precaution and risk
-Walk around campus every 30 minutes ensuring safety of all stakeholders.
-Standby to check the CCTV
-Cooperate with IT team and maintenance team to make sure CCTV is working properly
-Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
-Track any accidents and find the best way to prevent future accidents
