Job Description
– Maintain constant surveillance of activities at the pool to prevent
– Administer first aid when needed;
– Provide safety information to people prior to them indulging in a water sport;
– To deliver student centered, engaging and motivating lessons;
– Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene;
– Teach swimming techniques and safety education to new all students;
– Supervise students to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols;
– Communicate openly and regularly with supervisor and team members
Job Requirements
- Current proven certification as Lifeguard issue by a recognized source of training.
- Vast experience in teaching swimming lessons and pool surveillance;
- Ability to teach swimming to children from 3 years to 18 years;
- Native speaker English proficiency;
- Ability to react calmly, quickly and effectively in emergency situation;
- Flexibility in the job role;
