• Lead a team of backend QA engineers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for backend systems
• Execute and automate test cases to validate the functionality, reliability, performance, and scalability of our software applications
• Collaborate with development teams to understand the technical details of the software under test and provide input on testability
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend QA testing methodologies
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
