• Lead and guide a team of Flutter QA engineers, providing mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
• Execute and automate test cases to verify the functionality, reliability, performance, and scalability of the Company’s mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to comprehend the technical aspects of the software under test and contribute insights on testability.
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date of the latest industry trends and best practices in Flutter QA testing methodologies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
