MEP (BIM) Standard Assistant Team Leader

• Assist supervisor and Design manager with department management
• Utilize design expertise Develop & implement quality design and lead design production according to building codes, law, and client requirements with quality buildable design
• Prepare the technical drawings, specifications, and material standard
• Lead team to review MEP document to align with company standard
• Review assigned tasks and prepare team planning sub-tasks for team members to balance the workload incorporated with the Project Master Schedule
• Check the output from project members to ensure the quality including design, drawings, documents, or reference requirements make sure all the required documentation is up to company standard requirements
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
• A recognized bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering field or equivalent
• A minimum of 5-7year experience in the role
• Perform Complex Tasks on Navisworks Basic, AutoCAD 2D Drafting Basic, and Autodesk Revit Basic
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
