• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze tender documents and drawings to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost variances.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize project budgets.
• Track and manage variations and claims.
• Review and analyze contracts to understand obligations and liabilities.
• Manage contract variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual disputes.
