JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING MARKETING (MANUFACTURING)
REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: NATIONAL ROAD 4, KAMPONG SPEU
SALARY RANGE:NEGOTIABLE
Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, enhance market presence, and manage customer relationships. This role requires a combination of business development, marketing acumen, and leadership to grow the company from the ground up. The role will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with senior leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.
• Identify potential customers in construction, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
• Lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Marketing:
• Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Oversee development of marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, digital content, etc.).
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
Strategy & Reporting:
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analysis to the GM.
• Assist in setting pricing strategies and market positioning.
• Work with the GM to set and monitor departmental KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel or construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of Cambodia’s construction and infrastructure market.
• Proven experience in both direct sales and marketing functions.
• Fluent in Khmer; good command of English (written and spoken), Chinese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
