Key Responsibilities
 Oversee daily purchase activities locally and oversea to ensure products and services meet the company requirements for quality, and pricing with suppliers
 Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and product orders to respond to operations demand
 Work out on supplier assessment semi-annually or annually, and terms of agreements and pricing with suppliers
 Collaborate with all stores to meet current and future needs, manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement
 Ensuring timely delivery of purchased products to all stores
 Ensuring proper storage of goods are in closely control
 Checking the quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies
 Utilize technical tools to analyze procurement data and increase responsiveness to store demands vs. sales target
 Keeping detailed records of purchases agreement, quotation, delivery note information, invoices, receipts
 Ensure purchase daily transactions are up-to-date in the system and in closely monitor in data
 Creating monthly reports on purchases including cost comparison
 Do monthly payment to all suppliers
 Perform auditing processes to ensure purchase and recordkeeping comply with food industry or governmental regulations, and brand guideline
 Supervise a team of procurement analysts, providing training and support as needed
 Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accountant, Finance or related fields.
 Have at least 3-5 years experiences of Restaurant or Food Chain Industry
 Good understanding of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain procedures
 Good understanding in warehouse/stock controlling
 Demonstrated high level on integrity and discipline
 Good Command in English and Chinese is an advantage.
 Computer skills, including Ms. Word, Outlook and Excel.
