• Based on professional capabilities and processes (Organization diagnosis and appraisal report, talent supply, talent development, appraisal and incentive) to ensure the timely implementation of HR solutions, and provide professional support for business departments in process operations.
• Staff performance management and assessment.
• Involve in staff recruitment and selection process, employer branding activities.
• Take responsibility for staff resign and staff termination analysis.
• Support HR team to leading for organizational activities, such as Open Day & Town Hall.
• Other tasks assigned by Director.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and or talent acquisition.
• Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point) for all the standard design
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and active characteristic
• Self-motivated and teamwork spirit.
