• Receive orders from customers directly and by phone.
• Create customer order invoices in the SAP system.
• Receive payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
• Be responsible for and track your own sales invoices (delivery, payment reconciliation, and proper preparation of credit invoices).
• Participate in implementing 5S in the sales office.
• Assist with external sales activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Mandatory to know Chinese.
• Must be diligent, patient, and honest.
• Be patient, flexible, and have a strong sense of responsibility in your role.
• Be friendly and provide excellent customer service.
