– Builds strong relationships with customer by researching and understanding customer needs
– Acts as a point of contact for assigned customers
– Identifies prospective customers, working with marking and head departments to set up new accounts in the defined territory
– Provides leads to parts & service sales manager and communicates regularly with sale forces to reach a common objective.
– Promotes and sells parts & service to the customer
– Influence and use appropriate marketing programs to meet customer needs
– Develops basic parts pricing, availability, and identifies parts value skills
– Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
– Carry out any other assignments and duties as assigned by manager or leader
– Follow all company policy (KNN)
