Job Description
Work closely with Chief Operating Officer to achieve mutual agreed KPI’s,
Lead and direct sales teams in all aspect of sales and distribution activities,
Managing recruiting, target setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales, and executing of all planning activities,
Develop & Improved route to market strategies
Planning, designing, organizing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer,
Handling problem Solving both internal and external customer,
Building and maintaining good relationship with customers and sales team,
Must be active in the field with the sales personal,
Actively seeking new business opportunity with new and existing customers,
Present sales, revenue reports and stock forecasts to the management,
Other assignment to be assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Sales and Marketing or relevant;
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as sales manager within General Trade channels such as retailers, wholesalers and distributors;
- Good in English language communication,
- Experience of direct selling to customers and key accounts
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, sale performance, managing sales team and achieving ambitious sales targets,
- Good in Microsoft office
- Strong in leadership and interpersonal skills.Working day
- Monday-Half Saturday
- From 8:00am – 05:30pm
