Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to oversee and execute communications across four distinctive brands. This role is responsible for driving both ATL and BTL campaigns with a digital-first and ROI-driven approach, focusing on customer lifecycle management, lead generation, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand voice across all communication channels including social media, email, and advertising.
• Collaborate closely with business heads to align marketing initiatives with company targets and objectives, facilitating cross-functional communication and ensuring marketing efforts support overall business goals.
• Lead both Above The Line (ATL) initiatives through digital platforms and Below The Line (BTL) tools, ensuring comprehensive coverage and engagement across various marketing channels and target audiences.
• Manage content creation, media buying, and the execution of campaigns, overseeing a team of more than 10 dedicated marketing professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Plan and execute campaigns with a strong focus on key performance metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates, continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to optimize and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
• Design and implement robust strategies for customer lifecycle management, from initial acquisition to long-term retention, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with the brand.
• Drive end-to-end lead management, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, while setting up and refining marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and results.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the marketing team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications roles, with a focus on digital media and multi-brand management, demonstrating a proven track record of success in these areas.
• In-depth knowledge of digital Above The Line (ATL) channels including Google Ads, Meta (formerly Facebook), programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing ecosystems.
• Strong grasp of lead funnels, customer journeys, and marketing automation tools, with the ability to design and implement effective strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results in lead generation and conversion, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience in industries such as automotive, finance, agri-equipment, or electronics is a plus, providing valuable insights and understanding of these markets.
