Visual Design & Content Creation:
• Design marketing materials for various channels, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns
• Create engaging visual content, including graphics, banners, illustrations, and branded materials.
• Develop brand-consistent designs that align with company guidelines and visual identity.
Brand Development & Consistency:
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all creative deliverables.
• Ensure brand consistency in all design work and marketing materials.
• Create and maintain brand assets and design templates for team use.
Creative Asset Production:
• Produce artwork for both digital and print applications when needed.
• Design presentation materials, brochures, and corporate communications.
• Create simple animations and motion graphics for social media and web use.
Project Execution & Collaboration:
• Work independently to execute creative briefs provided by the marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Quality Control & File Management:
• Prepare final artwork files for various outputs (print, web, social media).
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and design files.
• Ensure all creative work meets quality standards before delivery.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative field
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or visual design roles
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across various media
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience with both digital and print design applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English; Khmer language skills preferred
