– Assist to Sales Manager in managing the marketing and branding management of New Hope City.
– Responsible for individual and marketing department performance/activities/targets.
– Establishing Yearly Marketing Budget Plan.
– Establishing Sales and Marketing Strategic plans.
– Encouraging the new concepts/ideas to develop New Hope City.
– Enhance teamwork quality to achieve the marketing department’s target.
– Coordinate and work smoothly with other departments related to workflow processing in the department and build up a good cooperation among the front and back-office staff in order to ensure a smooth working process.
– To attend the department’s meeting and join training sessions.
– Preparing Marketing monthly reports for the Sales Manager
– Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Having experience in Sales/Marketing/Management works
- Having creative and innovative ideas
- Be able to work under pressure in any situation
- Handle and respond to solve department problems
- Challenging with new works. Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customers' needs and provide proper answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
