1. Manage training and ensure that all employees are familiar with the company’s policies and procedures and business operations by reviewing regular presentations.
2. Manage employee movement such as transferring, resignation, termination, or laying off, etc..
3. Manage the employee management system and related personnel management procedures, such as staff documents, HR forms, and employee leave records, and personal records of employees, to ensure that the system and procedures are effectively managed.
4. Manage requests related to HR & Admin affairs to Management Committees.
5. Manage monthly employee overtime (OT) to Admin Mega, the accounting department and payroll.
6. Manages performance appraisal/KPI process and provides comments to managers and staff on performance appraisal results.
7. Manage disciplinary procedures to ensure that all disciplinary actions are carried out correctly and by procedures. Addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Maintain and strengthen harmonious relationships and strengthen communication and understanding among employees of various departments in the company through the organization of sports and social activities for employees.
9. Prepare employee termination notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind terminations and ensure the positive transition for departing employees.
10. Takes a lead in employee training and development program to ensure that employees have enough capacities to deliver their objective plans and have opportunities to grow and advance their careers.
11. Work with the MAM training & development department to set annual training plan to relevant staff to improve their skill, knowledge, and ability to effective job.
12. Conduct internal training such as policy refreshment, health and safety, KPI Training, and support for other relevant technical training courses by internal or external trainers.
13. Work with other external training sources/partners that support staff capacity development.
14. Manage other related HR tasks as assigned by the Manager.
