HR Operations Support:
* Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data for accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
* Prepare onboarding materials, conduct new-hire orientations, and facilitate probation reviews.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
* Assist with payroll processing: collect timesheets, verify attendance, and coordinate with finance.
* Manage benefits enrollment and liaise with vendors for leave management and other programs.
Policy & Compliance:
* Ensure HR practices comply with Cambodian labor laws and company regulations.
Office Administration:
* Oversee office supplies inventory, facility management, and vendor relationships (cleaning, security, maintenance).
* Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events.
Employee Relations & Communication:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR practices, benefits, and office matters.
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Reporting & Documentation:
* Generate monthly HR reports: headcount, turnover, training activities, and leave balances.
* Maintain documentation for audits and HR metrics dashboards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR administration or a generalist role, ideally supporting a small
HR team.
• Familiarity with Cambodian labor laws and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new HR software.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
