Areas of Responsibility
– Pioneer team to lead the establishment of the accounting shared service center and financial operations for the new brewery, including process design and system implementation.
– Oversees full spectrum of accounting operations including billings and accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger, management reporting, cost accounting and revenue recognition,
– Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and variance analysis.
– Manage annual audits with external auditor
– Lead month-end and year-end close process
– Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
– Process improvement
– Other adhoc projects as required to support the organization.
Job Requirements
* Education / Specific business knowledge
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller/Finance Manager
- 7 to 10 years of working experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position, preferably in multinational corporations with complex reporting structures.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a business partnering role with senior management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with shared services.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices in financial operations.
- Degree in Accountancy, good knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in team management and good interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to handle full set of accounting activities with knowledge on general taxation in Cambodia
- Good knowledge of SAP system is a Plus
