1. Create new recipe of menu for initiating from menu prototyping, menu pilot trial to ensure innovative offerings that meet customer preferences and market trends.
2. Evaluate and implement the experiment/trails to optimize new and existing ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials, and process improvement.
3. Conduct shelf-life study on current or new product development, recommend product improvements and ensure food safety and quality compliance.
4. Modify existing formulations to optimize product costing in order to improve profitability without compromising quality.
5. Perform sensory evaluations to ensure product consistency, flavor accuracy, and adherence to restaurant standards.
6. Studies methods to improve quality of foods such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods
7. Work with QC/QA and production team to set quality/process controls, provide improvement on production process, drives results, and investigate root cause of problem.
8. Define and establish FSQA parameters and operational process conditions to ensure smooth product commercialization.
9. Support sourcing and purchasing of new ingredients to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
10. Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

2. Experiences:
• 2-3 years of job-relate experiences in food and beverage industries.
3. Skill and Knowledges:
• Knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, food ingredient functions, and food safety systems.
• Knowledge of food scientists, operational, and FSQA associates on ingredient functionality, fundamentals of food formulation, and analytical chemistry.
• Knowledges in GMP and HACCP …. Etc.
• Good command of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistics,) and Visio Professional.
