1. Conduct new product development of noodle and seasonings in the RnD trials
2. Evaluate current and alternative food raw materials, ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new products, and current product modification.
3. Implementation of experiments/trials to optimize new and existing raw materials, ingredients and processes
4. Work with QC/QA and production for continue improvement, drives results, and assist in problem solving/root cause investigation of production problems.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor of food science and chemical engineering, chemistry,agro-industry, food manufacturing, or related field.
2. Experiences:
o At least two-year experience in research and development role in food and beverage industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, food ingredients, and food safety systems.
o Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and statistic application)
o Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
