Job Description

HR Supervisor:
Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of work experience, proficient in three languages ​​(Chinese, English, Khmer), fluent in oral communication, proficient in computer and office software, coordinate the employment needs of various departments, manage employee entry, regularization, promotion, resignation and other processes, formulate recruitment plans, manage recruitment channels, interview and screen, handle employee complaints and labor disputes, ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws, maintain corporate culture, ensure that company policies comply with local regulations, and be familiar with Cambodian labor laws.

Job Requirements

人事主管:
大学本科学历, 有1-2年的工作经验,精通三国语言(中文、英文、柬文),口语交流流利,熟练操作电脑及办公软件,协调各部门用人需求,管理员工入职,转正,晋升,离职等流程,制定招聘计划,管理招聘渠道,面试筛选,处理员工投诉、劳动纠纷,确保符合柬埔寨劳动法,维护企业文化,确保公司政策符合当地法规,熟系柬埔寨劳动法。
