– Drive long-term rental sales (12+ months) by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
– Identify customer needs and provide tailored vehicle rental solutions.
– Plan weekly visits (3 existing & 2 new customers) and conduct at least 2 presentations per week.
– Ensure smooth booking processes and follow up on service delivery.
– Maintain accurate sales tracking and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
– Collaborate with the Admin, Fleet, and Leasing teams to ensure top-quality service.
– Monitor and follow up on customer accounts receivable (AR) and assist with collections when needed.
– Provide market updates and insights to improve response to trends and opportunities.
– Attend internal sales and marketing meetings and coordinate closely with the Sales Manager.
– Build strong internal relationships, especially with Interco division sales teams (at least 2 coffee meetings per week).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
- Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces and attend frequent networking events.
- Strong knowledge of the business environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
